This project was a true collaboration between the owners and our team, from concept through to completion. The brief called for a Hamptons-style outdoor entertaining area that complemented the home’s existing architecture and lifestyle.

During planning, council raised concerns from neighbours. We addressed these constructively, drawing on our extensive experience with council processes across Sydney and NSW. Open communication and proactive solutions ensured a smooth approval.

With privacy issues resolved, we moved quickly into construction.
