Brief: this project was to completely rebuild the house from the ground up, adding a second storey addition with a self contained studio, bathrooms, laundry, Ensuite and kitchen.
Preparation of the Project: preparation of the plans for a development application was prepared including construction certificate with engineering plans and details. We also did the complete project management of this renovation.
