Home Renovation Middle Cove: This  was a complete make over, it was a complete renovation. Striped back to the brick walls ready for new windows and doors, the roof style changed from a hip roof to a gable roof to give the house more presence from the street and we found a recycled door from the old Australian hotel which we had striped back to expose  the Kauri timber before installing as the front door.

Carport and Garage: New combination carport and garage works really well allowing the owner’s to park in the carport during the day and securing the garage during the night. Landscaped front garden with stone steps and night lights.

The builder added a deck with a split level covered spa area and a pitched poly carbonate roof cover giving all year round use of the deck and entertaining area.

Interior lime washed floor and full height cedar double doors for dramatic effect.

Bathroom Renovation: the bathroom renovation with Travertine tiles strip drainage custom built vanity and tall cabinet for additional storage, recessed toilet brush and free standing seat, frame less glass shower screen.

Heated towel rail and under floor heating.
