This home underwent a complete transformation. We stripped it back to the bare structure, removing ceilings and wall plaster before laying new floor tiles throughout. The old painted roof tiles were replaced with slate, along with new flashings and hips for durability. Bi-fold doors were added to frame the magnificent harbour views, while sandstone piers at the front now give the property both a strong street presence and a sense of security.
